Update character assets and manifest for Dragon Ball FighterZ

- Added new PNG assets for characters: Android 16, Android 17, Android 18, Android 21 (Lab Coat), Android 21, Bardock, Beerus, Broly (DBS), Broly, Captain Ginyu, Cell, Cooler, Frieza, Gogeta (SS4), Gogeta (SSGSS), Gohan (Adult), Gohan (Teen), Goku (Base), Goku (GT), Goku (SSGSS), Goku (Super Saiyan), Goku (Ultra Instinct), Goku Black, Gotenks, Hit, Janemba, Jiren, Kefla, Kid Buu, Krillin, Majin Buu, Master Roshi, Nappa, Piccolo, Super Baby 2, Tien, Trunks, Vegeta (Base), Vegeta (SSGSS), Vegeta (Super Saiyan), Vegito (SSGSS), Videl, Yamcha, Zamasu (Fused).
- Removed corresponding WEBP assets for the above characters.
- Updated character sizes in the manifest to reflect new asset sizes.
- Changed version number in manifest and registry from 1.1.0 to 1.0.0.
- Updated total size in registry to 29111106 bytes.
